Editorial policy

Prime Home Collective aims to make home design easier to understand without pretending there is one right way to arrange a room or choose an object. We distinguish description from opinion, take care with factual claims and make relevant commercial relationships clear.

Accuracy and clarity

We check factual statements against suitable references before publication and write within what those references support. Design preferences are presented as preferences, not universal rules. Where a subject has meaningful limits or competing interpretations, we explain them in plain language rather than smoothing them away.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a condition of a commercial arrangement. A partner does not receive the right to shape unrelated coverage or to require a favourable view. We do not claim first-hand testing unless a piece genuinely describes work carried out for that purpose.

Corrections

If a published detail is wrong or unclear, readers can contact us through the Contact page. We review the point and, when a correction is warranted, update the text and make the change clear where appropriate.

Paid and partner material

Paid articles, promotional placements and other material created through a commercial relationship are identified clearly as such. Partner links and placements are kept distinct from independent editorial recommendations.

Our point of view

A home is made by how it is used.

Design is not only what a room looks like. It is also the routes, objects and textures that make it work for the people who live there.
